These heart shaped biscuits are super easy to make. We have used a sour cherry jam, but they are easily adaptable to suit your taste, why not try a strawberry jam or lemon curd filling! The perfect gift for Valentine's Day or as a sweet treat for yourself.

MethodAdd all the ingredients to kitchen aid bowl with beater attachment and mix until all ingredients come together as a dough. |
To serve
Once all the hearts are baked and cooled, place a small amount of sour cherry extra jam on one biscuit and place the cut out heart on top, dust with icing sugar and enjoy.
