Ingredients400g Chocolat Madagascar Milc Chocolate 40% (chopped) |
MethodBring the Almond Milk to the boil and pour it over the chopped chocolate. Leave for a moment to melt the chocolate and then use a hand blender to create an emulsion. Pour into desired serving dish and chill.

Banana gel
Ingredients200g Banana Fruit puree |
MethodMix all the ingredients together with a hand blender and blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Leave for 30 minutes to hydrate and blend again.

Banana caramel
Ingredients200g Caster sugar |
MethodCaramelise the sugar and once a golden brown colour has been reached, slowly add in the warmed banana puree, constantly mixing until fully incorporated. Then chill.
