Single origin Ecuador cookie ingredients

  • Satin CC plain mix : 500g
  • Salted butter : 180g
  • Golden syrup : 30g
  • Belcolade origins Ecuador dark chocolate 71% : 150g
  • Sapore Eleanor : 70g

Single origin Ecuador cookie method

  • Using a planetary mixer and beater, combine the plain satin mix, butter and syrup, and mix to form a crumb.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix to form a dough.
  • Divide into 80g pieces and place in tart rings on a perforated silicone mat.
  • Bake at 180°C for 16 minutes.

Assemble and serve

  1. The fruity floral notes in the Ecuador dark chocolate are beautifully complemented by the citrusy aroma of Earl Grey tea. Together they create a wonderfully balanced pairing. Alternatively, serve the cookies warm with a rich espresso for a more intense chocolate experience.
