Vegan apple and hazelnut crumble

Hazelnut crumble ingredients
- Sosa Hazelnut Pure Paste : 100g
- Sosa Glicemul : 6g
- water : 20g
- Salt :
- caster sugar : 100g
- plain flour : 100g
Hazelnut crumble method
- Melt the Glicemul and Hazelnut Pure Paste and heat to 60°C.
- Once the Glicemul is dissolved add the water and emulsify.
- Add all the solids and mix it until a homogeneous texture is achieved.
- Lay the mixture irregularly on parchment paper and bake it at 160°C for 10 minutes.
Apple filling ingredients
- cooking apples : 4 large
- white sugar (can add more sugar if you desire) : 100g
- water : Splash
Apple filling method
- Cook the apples, sugar and water together in a large pan until the apples have softened and started to breakdown.
- Spoon as much filling as desired into the vegan friendly pastry cases and pile on your hazelnut crumble and enjoy.
