Excellent for smooth, soft scoop ice cream
I've used this invert sugar to make smooth, soft scoop ice cream in a variety of flavours including vanilla and raspberry with outstanding results. An excellent product at a highly competitive price with exceptionally quick delivery time. Don't be put off by the high delivery charge, it still works out cheaper per 100ml than all rivals.
