We’ve added two new flavours to our no-added-sugar range of Boiron fruit purees.
We’re now offering pear and apricot flavours, alongside strawberry, raspberry, mango, passion fruit, blackberry and yellow peach. A further five flavours are due to be added early next year.
These ready-to-use ambient purees from leading French manufacturer Boiron dramatically reduce labour by cutting out the need to wash, peel, de-seed, blend and sieve fruit, and are perfect for gastronomy professionals who need a quality product to create their dishes, desserts, patisserie, smoothies and cocktails.
The purees are presented in ready-to-serve, one litre cartons, made using cardboard from FSC certified forests, and have a pouring spout for better quantity control.
