All too often have I bought raspberry flavoured extracts or raspberry purées that promise the world but deliver very little in flavour. This raspberry purée, however, is simply perfect. 100% natural and the most beautiful colour, it tastes strongly of sharp, sweet and perfectly ripe raspberries. Makes amazing raspberry buttercream filling for macarons.
