Ingredients240ml olive oil 240ml runny honey 30g garlic, peeled and finely chopped 90ml lemon juice 60g fresh coriander, finely chopped 60g Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef zesty Chermoula style seasoning 8g salt |
MethodIn a medium bowl whisk all the ingredients together. For best results marinate meat overnight, fish and shellfish for a maximum of 1 hour. |
