Treat your customers to this delightfully refreshing tropical cocktail! Made using Boiron's pineapple puree and lemon juice, this drink is full of fabulously fruity flavours.

ingredients
- Boiron pineapple puree : 40ml
- “Hispanic” style white rum : 30ml
- “British” style dark rum : 10ml
- Fresh lemon juice : 10ml
- Simple sugar syrup : 10ml
- Amontillado Sherry : 10ml
- Port : 20ml
method
- Rapidly shake all the ingredients, except the port, in a “rocks” glass.
- Filter and pour over crushed ice, piled on top.
- Finish off with 20ml of port.
