Pineapple Puerto Caldera

Treat your customers to this delightfully refreshing tropical cocktail! Made using Boiron's pineapple puree and lemon juice, this drink is full of fabulously fruity flavours.

ingredients

  • Boiron pineapple puree : 40ml
  • “Hispanic” style white rum : 30ml
  • “British” style dark rum : 10ml
  • Fresh lemon juice : 10ml
  • Simple sugar syrup : 10ml
  • Amontillado Sherry : 10ml
  • Port : 20ml

method

  • Rapidly shake all the ingredients, except the port, in a “rocks” glass.
  • Filter and pour over crushed ice, piled on top.
  • Finish off with 20ml of port.
