Strawberry and elderflower Aperol spritz
This drink is the perfect blend of sweet and citrusy flavours, with a hint of elderflower adding a unique twist.
ingredients
- Boiron strawberry puree : 25ml
- Aperol : 40ml
- Elderflower : 15ml
- Lemon (juice) : 10ml
- Prosecco : 250ml
method
- Pour into a wine glass, over ice.
- Finish off with Prosecco and stir.
- Decorate with edible flowers.

Assembly
- Fill a tall glass with plenty of ice.
- Pour over the prepared drink and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a hint of elderflower or a lemon wheel, a sprig of fresh mint and a few edible flowers for a fresh, elegant finish.
- Serve immediately while perfectly chilled.
