In collaboration with Jersey Dairy we're bringing you a pioneering new product which is set to take the ice cream industry by storm… And the best part is, it’s EXCLUSIVE to Henley Bridge!

 Our brand-new UHT chocolate soft serve is the first of its kind on the UK market and was created as the result of a unique collaboration. Along with Jersey Dairy, our very own Ice Cream and Gelato Technician Steve Carrigan developed the coveted chocolate recipe.

 The UHT recipe used in this mix means that the product has a longer shelf life, giving you even higher margins. Our exclusive chocolate soft serve will give you consistent results time and time again, making scaling across your shops and parlours even easier!

Adding chocolate soft serve to your offering provides versatility to your menu. Those with a twin-tank machine will now be able to provide customers with chocolate and vanilla swirls. Try serving the chocolate soft serve alongside waffles, cookies and doughnuts to give you dessert menu new dimensions.

Shapeshifters

Soft serve ice cream has come a long way since it was invented in the 1930s when a simple swirl was the only serving option. The clever folk at Carpigiani have created a range of 13 different shaped nozzles to give operators more versatility in their serving options. From soft waves to curly spaghetti, velvety petals to popcorn shapes, you can customise the shape of your soft serve to suit your style.
