- Poire william is the name for eau de vie, a colourless fruit brandy, produced by distillation of fermented william pears
- With the fresh ripeness of william pears, the flavour is rich and reminiscent of grappa
- Ripe fruit aromas combining the softness of the pulp and the slight bitterness of the skin
- For use in a wide range of sweet recipes and also sits very nicely in a range of cocktails
