This quick and easy brandy sauce is the perfect accompaniment for your Christmas desserts.


Prep time 5 minutes | Makes 500ml sauce 


400ml full fat milk
70g Essential Cuisine Crème Anglaise mix
Brandy as desired


Bring the milk to the boil, add the anglaise powder and whisk continuously on a low simmer for 2-3 minutes

Take off the heat and add as much or a little brandy as desired.

Pour over your festive treat and enjoy.
