From silky-smooth chocolate milk and delicious iced coffee mix, to a range of gelato bases that pack a creamy punch, these are the ingredients that get her official hoof-stamp of approval. Each product in this range celebrates the rich, luxurious flavour of Jersey milk – perfect for creating indulgent gelato and dreamy beverages.
The story of Farmer Phil and Westlands Farm
The cream of the crop
Master Farms is a mixed dairy and vegetable farm run by the Le Maistre family. Phil Le Maistre Jr, a 7th generation dairy farmer, runs the farm alongside his father, Phil, and his uncle, Peter. The family grow a range a vegetable crops with the focus being Jersey Royals, courgettes, cauliflowers, and tomatoes. As well as arable farming, the family have a 240 head dairy herd at their farm in St.Brelade, Westlands Farm, home to our beautiful Jersey girl, Henleyetta.
Aswell as producing the highest quality Jersey milk to Jersey Dairy, the cows enable the family to rotate their land to ensure they grow their crops as efficiently as possible for their vegetable production.

The dairy is owned by the same farmers who produce the milk, meaning they have full control of the milk’s journey from the cows to the customers.

Jersey Dairy is proud to be the first dairy in the world to hold the LEAF Marque on their milk cartons. LEAF is a global environmental assurance system which recognises high standards of environmental care including sustainable soil and water management, enhanced energy efficiency and improved landscape management.
Farmer's cooperative
Jersey Dairy is located on the island of Jersey in the Channel Islands and is a farmer owned cooperative, comprising of 12 dairy farm. All Jersey Dairy branded products are made with creamy milk sourced exclusively from pedigree Jersery cows on the island of Jersey.
Animal welfare
Jersey has some of the strictest laws in the world regarding animal welfare. All the Jersey Dairy farmers work to the same exacting standards to ensure the health and welfare of their herds and the high quality of their produce, and all of their farms are Red Tractor certified.
High quality, creamy taste
All Jersey Dairy branded products contain Jersey milk which is rich in butterfat and protein, giving it that luxurious creamy taste. Jersey Dairy has a reputation for excellence and holds a high accreditation from the British Retail Consortium audit (BRCGS), Grade AA+, which is audited anually.

Packed in handy cases of 12 x 1-litre cartons, this iced coffee is a brilliant choice for cafés, restaurants or ice cream parlours looking to serve something a little bit special. Easy to store and pour, this UHT product also ensures a long shelf-life.
This luxurious blend combines rich, Belgian chocolate with 100% Jersey milk, known for its creamy flavour.
Use directly from the carton for a ready-to-go chocolate milk beverage, which can be made extra refreshing by blending with ice or pouring over large ice cubes. No mixing or mess!
The Jersey Dairy chocolate milk is a UHT product, which ensures a long shelf-life before opening.
