A fun and funky spritz, this cocktail tastes like summer in a glass.
ingredients
- Boiron peach puree : 30ml
- Boiron passionfruit puree : 10ml
- Berto Aperitivo or Aperol : 20ml
- simple sugar syrup : 10ml
- Prosecco : 100ml
method
- Mix the first 4 ingredients into a large wine or Spritz glass, over ice.
- Finish off with Prosecco.
