Peach spritzini
A fun and funky spritz, this cocktail tastes like summer in a glass.
ingredients
- Boiron peach puree : 30ml
- Boiron passionfruit puree : 10ml
- Berto Aperitivo or Aperol : 20ml
- simple sugar syrup : 10ml
- prosecco : 100ml
method
- Mix the first 4 ingredients into into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake gently to mix and chill.
- Strain the mixture into a spritz or wine glass filled with ice, and top with Prosecco.
- Stir gently and garnish with fresh fruit or herbs.
Garnish:
- Fresh mint sprig or a few slices of peach
