Pink tea lemonade
Enjoy the hot weather with a true taste of summer with this pretty and pink tea lemonade. A refreshing addition to afternoon tea in the garden.
ingredients
- Dilmah elixir black tea with rose and vanilla (using 1:12 ratio) : 100ml
- lemon juice : 15ml
- elderflower syrup : 20ml
- grapefruit juice : 60ml
- top with soda :
method
- Shake all the ingredients together.
- Serve in a tall glass, top with the soda and garnish with blueberries, raspberries and a grapefruit wedge.
