Henley Bridge’s latest chocolate decor range by Chocolatree brings an 80-strong listing of products comprising an innovative collection of ready to use decorations and moulds, along with eye-catching stencils, transfers, blisters, sprays and cutout decor. It also offers the option of customisation, allowing customers the opportunity to create their own personalised decor pieces and message plaques. Made using Valrhona chocolate, the range includes seasonal decor linked to key calendar dates such as Easter, Christmas and Halloween in a wide colour palette.
Begian chocolate maker Belcolade has launched a vegan milk-alike to its range which is suitable for use in a wide variety of applications, including ice cream and gelato. Belcolade Selection M. Plant-based is a creamy plant-based ‘milk-alike’ chocolate, 100% dairy and nut-free, and also gluten-free as are all chocolates produced in the Belcolade factory. The new milk-alike chocolate is the latest addition to Belcolade’s Cacao-Trace selection. Cacao-Trace is a sustainable cocoa sourcing program, validated by independent, third-party certification, aimed at redefining the standard for chocolate by focusing on taste improvement rather than productivity. Cacao-Trace also has a unique Chocolate Bonus, which means for every kilo of chocolate bought, €0.10 goes straight back to the cocoa farming communities.

Bring a sense of spring to your creations with these stunning chocolate butterflies from Dobla. The delicate white chocolate pieces (120 per pack) feature a pink design and are 30mm in diameter and 35mm in height.
