These goey and delicious triple chocolate and pecan brownies are a taste sensation that will have you coming back to the cupboard over and over again!
They're quick and simple to make but provide the biggest and warmest chocolate hug to help get you through the day.
250g T&L Caster Sugar
110g Nelstrops Plain Flour
3 whole eggs
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Littlepod Vanilla Paste
180g melted 55% Belcolade dark chocolate
50g chopped Chocolate Madacasgar 70% dark chocolate
50g chopped Belcolade milk chocolate
50g chopped Belcolade white chocolate
100g roasted and chopped pecan nuts
Melt the 180g of dark chocolate in a bowl over some water (or melt gently in the microwave).
Whilst the chocolate is melting cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla paste until white and fluffy.
Slowly add the eggs to the mixture one by one.
Add the flour and salt in stages, also start adding melted dark chocolate in stages alternating between the two.
Once all the ingredients are incorporated add in your chopped nuts and chocolates and mix to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a greased and lined baking tin.
Bake at 180c for 20 mins (size and depth depending).
