Blondies are a fun, rich, and chewy twist on the classic brownie.;Cook time 30 minutes | Serves 3-4

ingredients

  • Unsalted butter : 245g
  • Brown sugar : 265g
  • Caster Sugar : 350g
  • Large eggs : 5
  • Plain flour : 500g
  • Baking Powder : 9g
  • Callebaut W2 White Chocolate Callets : 100g
  • Pinch Salt :

method

  • Melt the butter and sugar together, then allow to cool;Add the eggs into the mixture;Sieve all of the dry ingredients together and fold through the mix;Melt the white chocolate and fold through the cake mix;Pour into a lined 20cm cake tin and bake at 180c for 30 minutes;This recipe is provided by Callebaut.
