Blondies are a fun, rich, and chewy twist on the classic brownie. 

 

Cook time 30 minutes. Serves 3-4

 

Ingredients

245g Unsalted butter

265g Brown sugar

350g Caster Sugar

5 Large eggs

500g Plain flour

9g Baking Powder

100g Callebaut W2 White Chocolate Callets

Pinch Salt

 

Method

Melt the butter and sugar together, then allow to cool

Add the eggs into the mixture

Sieve all of the dry ingredients together and fold through the mix

Melt the white chocolate and fold through the cake mix

Pour into a lined 20cm cake tin and bake at 180c for 30 minutes
