Blondies are a fun, rich, and chewy twist on the classic brownie.;Cook time 30 minutes | Serves 3-4

- Unsalted butter : 245g
- Brown sugar : 265g
- Caster Sugar : 350g
- Large eggs : 5
- Plain flour : 500g
- Baking Powder : 9g
- Callebaut W2 White Chocolate Callets : 100g
- Pinch Salt :
method
- Melt the butter and sugar together, then allow to cool;Add the eggs into the mixture;Sieve all of the dry ingredients together and fold through the mix;Melt the white chocolate and fold through the cake mix;Pour into a lined 20cm cake tin and bake at 180c for 30 minutes;This recipe is provided by Callebaut.
