Glucose syrup is a substance primarily used in commercial food production as a sweetener, thickener and moisture-retaining agent.
This glucose syrup is a purified and concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides obtained by hydrolysis of wheat starch, characterised by a high polysaccharides content.
The colour of the syrup may change depending on length of time stored and storage temperature. We recommend that the syrup is used as soon as possible after delivery.
Packaged in a resealable tub.
Due to the fragile nature of this product, although we will do our best to ensure this product is sufficiently packaged to endure transit via parcel courier, this product is susceptible to damage.
