SOC Chef's licorice powder provides a punchy flavour that works brilliantly across sweet and savoury dishes. Originally used in Indian and Middle Eastern cooking, this flavour can be used to ennhance desserts and sweet dishes, including sorbets, ganache, creme brulee, fruit crumbles, chocolate desserts and fruit salads. This powder can also be used in vegetable soups and pan-fried with king prawns.
